Homemade Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients

- ricotta
- mozzarella
- parmesan
- garlic
- basil
- egg
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg (optional)
Directions
- Roll pasta dough into sheets
- combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
- (ravioli can be filled with most any combination of ingredients, we suggest you experiment with the amounts and the fillings to create your own unique flavor)
- lay a sheet of pasta dough on a ravioli mold and use a press to make pockets for filling
- fill each section with a teaspoon of filling(maybe more or less depending on the sizee of the ravioli.
- Use a brush to wet all the pasta dough edges.
- Cover with a sheet of pasta dough and use a rolling pin to seal the ravioli’s
- Trim the edges
- filp out of mold onto corn meal coated parchment paper
- boil water (salted) remove ot test when the ravioli float
- strain and top with favorite sauce
