Directions

  • Coat a heavy baking pan or pizza pan with vegetable oil
  • stretch out your dough the best you can in your pan flipping it at least once
  • cover in plastic wrap for an hour
  • bake for 10 minutes at 450° to begin the dough rise
  • add tomato sauce
  • top with oregano
  • add cheese or whatever toppings you enjoy
  • back into the oven at 450° for another 10 to 12 minutes until all the cheese has melted
  • remove from pan and place on a pizza stone to crisp the bottom appx 2 minutes
  • let the pizza cool slightly
  • slice
