- Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Coat a heavy baking pan or pizza pan with vegetable oil
- stretch out your dough the best you can in your pan flipping it at least once
- cover in plastic wrap for an hour
- bake for 10 minutes at 450° to begin the dough rise
- add tomato sauce
- top with oregano
- add cheese or whatever toppings you enjoy
- back into the oven at 450° for another 10 to 12 minutes until all the cheese has melted
- remove from pan and place on a pizza stone to crisp the bottom appx 2 minutes
- let the pizza cool slightly
- slice
- Enjoy!
