Tips: To make perfect biscuits, there are a few essential tips to keep in mind. First, use cold ingredients—cold butter and cold milk help create a flaky texture. When mixing the dough, be gentle; overworking it can lead to tough biscuits. Make sure to use a light hand when rolling out the dough; a thickness of about 1 inch is ideal for a good rise. Also, be sure to bake your biscuits on a preheated baking sheet to encourage a lovely golden bottom. Finally, brush the tops with melted butter right after baking for an extra touch of richness and shine. With these tips, you’ll be well on your way to achieving fluffy, delicious biscuits every time!.
