• 1 Tri Tip
• 4 to 6 cloves of garlic
• Olive Oil (just enough to coat the entire Tri Tip)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary per side

Directions

  • bring tri-tip to room temp.
  • set oven to 425°
  • Coat both sides of the tri tip with olive oil
  • rub minced garlic on both side of the tri-tip
  • add salt and pepper to taste
  • add rosemary
  • Place in foil line roasting pan
  • cook for appx 40 min (130° – rare | 135° – med | 150° – well done)
