Ingredients
• 1 Tri Tip
• 4 to 6 cloves of garlic
• Olive Oil (just enough to coat the entire Tri Tip)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary per side
Directions
- bring tri-tip to room temp.
- set oven to 425°
- Coat both sides of the tri tip with olive oil
- rub minced garlic on both side of the tri-tip
- add salt and pepper to taste
- add rosemary
- Place in foil line roasting pan
- cook for appx 40 min (130° – rare | 135° – med | 150° – well done)
