- separate 1 egg place yolk in a separate bowl
- place all wet ingredients and the egg yolk in a bowl and whisk
- combine wet and dry ingredients
- Beat the egg white
- fold the egg white into your mixture
- pour onto a preheated waffle iron
- severe with butter and syrup or whatever toppings you like
