Pappardelle: Extra-wide noodles that are great for catching thick sauces, making them a perfect match for rustic meat dishes.
Tagliatelle: Long, flat ribbons of pasta that are perfect for pairing with hearty sauces like Bolognese or creamy Alfredo.
Ravioli: Stuffed pasta pockets filled with a variety of ingredients, such as cheese, meat, or vegetables, and served with a light sauce or broth.
Fettuccine: Similar to tagliatelle but slightly wider, this pasta is ideal for rich sauces, especially the classic fettuccine Alfredo.
